I have cancelled ticket and even after 2 months no response
all customer care number is bogus
let me know to resolve the issues

I have booked ticket and subsequently cancelled due to personal reasons. however it was cancelled in indigo website directly till now not received any amount and tried to contact customer care, it was waste of time as the number is not active

MakeMyTrip India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Elangoven K Running pillar to pillar for getting the correct customer care.
But unfortunately all customer care numbers are bogus and not active at all
even for the official mails, no response
it is deliberate attempt to cheat the customers
