2. Is Mr. Bikram your authorized representative of make my trip or not- He is the part of the Chandigarh franchise team.
3. If Mr Karan who handled my case from sector 8 office is not your employee/ representative kindly share the contact details of the person who handled my case as per your official records. – Karan & Bikram belongs to Chandigarh franchise team who has assisted you on this booking.
4. As Mr Karan who according to you do not exist has acted and made commitments on your behalf - from your office introduced me to others Mr Bikram etc. what actions are you contemplating against this. As mentioned above Mr. Karan & Bikram belongs to Chandigarh franchisee team who has assisted you in confirming this booking on 09th Feb based on the customer acceptance on the booking form [Refer attachment] which highlights the respective cancellation charges. No error at MMT end or the Franchisee end.
We have already share the complete details and day wise synopsis and proceeding on your concern, hence based on the accepted cancellation charges by the customer on the booking form and as per the case facts we once again humbly deny your claim for processing refund.
