[Resolved] MakeMyTrip Travel Agency — Cheating | |||||
An[protected] is my booking reference number for booking ticket with make my trip on 26 september 2015 for aed 365 via my credit card rakbank i booked for dubai to mumbai on 14th october 2015 but today i revived my credit card statement i found that same amount is refunded on 2nd oct so i called and inquired to customer care they said due to technical problem my ticket was not booked and i have to buy new ticket noe current rate of same flight is more than double they did not give any call or any confirmation regarding failure of transaction my money was debited instantly and even got email regarding booking confirmation from them attached for reference i complaint same to cc and they promised to arrange callback with senior persons but never received call this is pure cheating i can provide message that i received of money deduction at time of booking Was this information helpful? | |||||

Further in regards to your complaint, please note that sometimes due to technical reasons this type of scenario arises as it may due change in the fare price or internet connectivity issue (error) or any other inventory issue at the airlines end. Hence in such case we automatically process refund to the customer mode of payment on the very same date and further to that bank takes time to settle the amount.
Hence we apologize as in this case we will not be able do anything further.
