A) Details Date of Journey: 31st December, 2015 Travel details: From Bangalore To Hyderabad Ticket booking Id: NU[protected] Bus operator: Sharma Travels B) Issue Bus booked by Makemytrip team was "from Bangalore to Thiruppur" C) Details of Inquiry made with bus operator and Makemytrip Reason cited by Sharma travels: System error in Makemytrip.com w.r.t Non A/c buses booking from Bangalore to Hyderabad Response from Makemytrip.com: Lack of any commitment with respect to redressal mechanism and very vague response from the staff of toll free number D) Redressal sought Compensation for non performance of the journey as per the said time and date for which following damages are sought from Makemytrip.com: i) Ticket charges of Rs. 650 ii) Consequential loss of Rs. Rs. 450 because of non performance of journey by Makemytrip.com, due to which an extra cost was incurred to perform the journey on my own with another tour operator iii) Damages on count of professional negligence as a travel tour operator and facilitator for Rs.
