SIR, I train ticket booking make mytrip.com website on 21th july 8.30 pm, Trivandrum to mumbai, ticket is not confirmed, but amount is debited in my account, i send my bank statement to [protected]@makemytrio.com, but he is not response that, my booking id is NR[protected], my money did not received my account till today date, please follow him sir, my no is [protected].i call makemytrip customer care three days only, but he is not response, please kindly my money to received my hand.
