[Resolved] MakeMyTrip — Wrong information. | |||||
Hi i have just booked a Bus ticket (5 Nov-2016 at 1:30 AM) from make my trip and i observed 3 wrong information on website(you can also see the attached image in series (Top to Bottom)). 1: in image 1 : it is showing seat type is seater but in image 2 you can clearly see that before payment/booking it is showing the cost 791 is for sleeper. 2: is is showing different timings before and after payments (before payment is is showing 9:00pm departure and 7:05 arrival at delhi (in image 3))but after booking/payments system is showing again a different time that 8:30 pm is departure and 8:00am is arrival at delhi (in Image 4) with difference of 1 hour 30 minuts and seat type. i need to attend office and i can not delay. This is a big mistake, and if go for cancellation they (makemytrip) is deducting 100% penalty of fair(in image 5). This is totally wrong. i want to cancel my booking immateriality and i want my all money back, i can not travel with false or lie information. Thanks Anubhav Was this information helpful? | |||||
