MakeTick — Unsuccessful railway ticket booking fund not return

In july 16 i book a railway ticket alway[awy] to chennai central[mas] travelliing date 24 07 2022, booking id nr[protected], i got a message your booking has faled, refund processed, it takes 0-2working days for refund to reflect in account, but after 8 days the money not returnd the company, company name makemy trip.
