Malabar Gold & Diamonds — bracelet (gold peeling of like a sticker from the letter 'om')

I had purchased a Bracelet with letter "OM" imbedded in it on May 2018 from Avenue Mall (Muscat), the "OM" letter as if as a sticker started to peel off . I returned and complained to the outlet on September 2018. They sent it for repair and gave me back the same product with the same Condition. They are not accepting that the product is defective. they are blaming the customer for the improper way the bracelet is been used. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
