Paid full amounts IRS 61497 & goods received only for 34797

My Order No. is[protected]. I did the order on[protected] and paid full amount IRS 61797. Yesterday my wife received the order only for IRS 34797.00 We are trying to reach through phone call but their Office said ([protected]) if you order online you should call only online and solve the issue. they raised their hands to help me. By me and my daughter continuously calling on their online number (+[protected] but the call is not ringing....

I bought a chain from malabar gold kuwait and recently i broke so i went to jleeb malabar shop for repair they repaired and gave me after 15 days. After recieved the repaired chain i wore it fir 2 days anagin it is broken. I did not think malabar gold have a poor service quality

    Hi,

    I am investing in Malabar jewel monthly scheme. After maturity I have visited the Coimbatore branch after selecting jewels they told scheme is matured but not update in our system and they told come after 2 days. I have travelled around 40 kms for jewels purchase.
    Response from Malabar is very poor.
    Here after I won't put any scheme in Malabar their service is very poor.

        Please bring back Vrushali to Vashi branch. She is an asset to Malabar Gold Vashi branch. Do not shift staff as they have a great equity with customers. My experience with Malabar has been good because of Ms. Vrushali from Vashi branch who is great at customer handling and has guided us through several options.

            My nieces did an exchange of gold coin by returning 8gm gold coin against
            2 x 4gm coins at Malabar gold kannur showroom. The reduced 2% from the cost returned coin plus charged printing charge, GST etc. it cost us INR 3, 200 for simple exchange of 916 brand new gold coin.

            This was a disgusting experience and in simple term - it's a cheating

              I am complaining about the payment was not transferred to my account as I sold my gold at Malabar, all kind of excuses your staff is making. No, assistant to me. I needed money urgently that's why I have sold it but you guys have not sent my money to my account.

                Have visited the malbar gold shop branch 2 at kukatpally today at 5:45 pm. The manager is not willing to speak to the customer and chatting with the others colloegs when we want to finalize the women braslet and the most worst part is that when we have give small other gold chains which we have purchased at somajiguda branch hyderabad. They are saying that it is of 21 carat instead of 22 carats and after lot of discussion they have checked again and confirmed 22 carat gold. We have lost the patience and seeing the worst performance by the manager and the person who have checked the gold quality we have returned without purchasing any thing due to inefficient manager in the store. Plz do not trust my words. Check the cctv u will get more clarity how manager is working who is fat person.

                  The ring was purchased on 29jan 2023 for ring ceremony on 14th Feb 23, but the ring was oversized and hence submitted for resizing in the month of March which was returned to me in April, the solitaire of the diamond had loose hinges maybe due to resizing and hence was sent to repair again which was returned to me after a month. Later I noticed the smaller diamond in the ring went lost due to manufacturing defect or the diamonds getting lose after heating due to resizing, the ring was given for repair in sept and received in the month of oct. However they only polished the lost diamond place without actually placing the diamond. The ring has now been sent to repair again. This delay in service and replacing the lost diamond even after purchasing their insurance policy is just harassing me mentally. The ring has been into repairing in the total tenure of almost 5 months.

                    False information, trying to cheat customer, rude and unprofessional behaviour. Very very disappointed with the experience I had recently with Malabar gold MG Road Bangalore Karnataka branch. I have a gold plan with Malabar Gold ( which was not at all my plan first of all, the staffs over there convinced me and promised so and so things about the plan and put me into it when I visited the store to get a ring), which got matured and from the day it got matured I am trying to buy a chain, pendant and rings. It was told to me that when I joined the plan, either we can select any models from any branch and get it billed in same branch where I have the gold plan or else I can give a design and they will make it for me. I visited most of the branches in Bangalore and I couldn't find the design of my taste, finally I decide to give a design because the designer they have over there was very useless, I even felt that she didn't have any idea about gold design, even though her rude behaviour was much more than anything, and finally I had to give them some design with the products they have over there, which they promised to make it for me. The real story starts from here, the staffs especially the designer they have is completely useless and the way she behaved to me was really rude, she was not ready to give a proper design neither she showed some respect to the customer. The staffs were not giving a proper information, everytime I visit they keep saying different things about the same, in short false information and lying about their own product exchange and resale values. The design I gave and product they made was entirely different, which is very evident for any individual but the staff were not ready to accept it. I really felt like the staffs were literally trying to cheat me by putting a 18k gold which I didn't want or like at all. I tried raising a complaint where ever I can but nobody contacted me back. It's been almost 2 months the gold plan got matured and I have visited the store almost 10-20 times in 2 months. They are entirely telling the opposite of what they told me when they were convincing me to join for the plan versus when it got matured. very unhappy and disappointed with the experience. They are cheating customers and misusing customers trust and money. The staffs behaviour were like, they show that pitty face on customer that the customer can not do anything and we customers need to blindly trust all the lie they tell us. I want to escalate this to higher authorities and hoping that at least for this I will get call back or solution. My money which I have invested is still stuck over there.

                      Delaying to close gold scheme

                      I’m an existing customer of Malabar Golds & Diamonds for the past 3 years. I participated in a scheme at Malabar's Erode Branch (screenshot attached).Â

                      On September 3, 2023, I went to the Erode Branch to close the scheme, but they couldn't do it that day due to maturity. Since I'd recently moved to Bangalore, my sole purpose for visiting Erode was scheme closure. Erode Branch assured me I could do it at any Bangalore...

                      Purchased a pair of diamond nose pins to be used as ear studs, from Malabar jewellery, ernakulam, Lulu Mall.

                      Received two different products but looking similar. Hence cannot be used as ear studs.

                      Tried replacing the wrong piece by visiting a near by franchise as per guidance received from the branch from where we bought the product.
                      However after visting the nearby branch they have denied the replacement and asked us to visit the store from where we had purchased.
                      I stay at a far away place and now Malabar team is asking me forcefully to visit the far away store for replacing the wrong product- which ideally was caused due to carelessness of malabar staff.

                      Poor after sales service and coordination between malabar teams.

                        There were some issues with the earrings so i wanted to get them exchanged and get some other design from a malabar store near me.
                        It is clearly written in their easy exchange policy on their website that any item bought online can be exchanged online or from any of their stores with 100% of the invoice value as exchange...

                        Complaining about bracelet quality

                        We purchased a silver bracelet on 18th August in Malabar gold and diamonds in kurnool branch... From next day onwards the bracelet gets black itself.. we contacted at the Malabar shop they said sorry we can't do anything...
                        What the hell is this? We came to the shop based on quality that matters . But it's very rediculous...

Also, we have done the advance amount of 15000 rupees on the date of booking and as per the commitment they have given the date of delivery on 16 th august 2023. After repeated follow up no any response from the sales team. So visited the shop on 15th august and asked for the ring to the concerned sales person they have told us the reply...

                        Unfortunately she accessed my personal details and contacted me for money and other help. She continued to harass and blackmail me that resulted in approaching police and seek legal help

                        We have made a engagement ring booking on 17th July 2023 and made a advance payment of rs -15000 for the quantity of two rings .
                        As per the commited date it was delivered on 16th august but we have visited the shop and taken multiple follow ups about the order and they have standed on the delivery date 16th august . We have contacted the sales person on 16th august 2023 they have told us that the ring can’t be delivered on 16th they will deliver on the engagement day . How that will be happened even on the last day of 15th August they have given assurance that the product will be delivered on time . They have now revised the date to 18th august the last day for our engagement and if they again played the false commitment our function will be affected . What if on end day they couldn’t deliver the last trust to the customer.
