Dear team, on April 13th I purchase a gold ring in Malabar showroom at Kurnool branch, here sales staff is confusing about product weight calculation to customers iam also facing same issue,

I am facing this issue at 2times nobody will gave it correct answering to customers
I think it is huge fraud to customers by gold weight

Dear team I purchased gold ring on 13th April 2023, here I am facing gold weight issue, sales persons is confusing to me, I asking why is the variation between on gold ring weight and weight calculation machine.
