I purchased a diamond ring from your mg road showroom one year back. Within one week of purchase one stone from that ring got lost and i got it repaired from the same showroom free of cost. But last month again the same stone got lost and again i contacted your showroom for fixing it. But this time they charged me rs 200 for a mistake which is not mine. It is the responsibility of malabar gold to provide quality for their diamond jewellerys. I tried to explain the situation to the staff over there. But instead of showing the courtesy to hear my grievance the salesman took my time explaining to me stories of similar situations and how you guys managed to charge in each occasion. So is this the fate of all your diamond jewellers? I am really cursing that moment at which i felt to buy your product. So is it like malabar gold doesn't even have the minimum responsibility to repair the ornaments, which was damaged due to their non quality jewellery making, without charging the customer?
