The ring was purchased on 29jan 2023 for ring ceremony on 14th Feb 23, but the ring was oversized and hence submitted for resizing in the month of March which was returned to me in April, the solitaire of the diamond had loose hinges maybe due to resizing and hence was sent to repair again which was returned to me after a month. Later I noticed the smaller diamond in the ring went lost due to manufacturing defect or the diamonds getting lose after heating due to resizing, the ring was given for repair in sept and received in the month of oct. However they only polished the lost diamond place without actually placing the diamond. The ring has now been sent to repair again. This delay in service and replacing the lost diamond even after purchasing their insurance policy is just harassing me mentally. The ring has been into repairing in the total tenure of almost 5 months.
