I would like to highlight a malabar's image tarnishing incident which happen at 9 p. M (Malaysia time).
I bought a rado watch at this malabar store in october'17.
I came back today (17/12/17) to seek assistance to adjust the rado watch wrist as it was still too loose although it had been adjusted at the point of purchase.
Initially i was told by one of the store staff that there is no one to assist me and he cant help. Then i approached the salesman that sold the rado watch but he completely ignored our presence, this was very rude and tarnishes the good image of malabar to all the customers present there. Fortunately, another staff interjected and offered assistance after we expressed our shock and the necessary adjustment was done.
Customer service should not only be at the point of sale, after sales assistance is also important.
This rude incident has tarnished the image of malabar in our eyes and we (Myself, family and friends) will never patronize this shop again. Was this information helpful? |
