Malabar Gold & Diamonds — Product not delivered - order place 2 months back

I have placed an order on May 11 2021, order number ending 2243 from Malabar gold website. I still did not receive the order and it’s almost been 2 months now. Customer care numbers won’t work and their care.in email won’t respond properly.
