I had made UPI payment on 30 June 2021 successfully for gold ornament my account was deducted for Rs25000, however the money was not received by Malabar gold and was told that money should revert back in 24 hrs, an alternate payment was then made by card but I’m yet to receive the UPI money back to my account therefore I request to investigate and revert my money attaching the photograph
