My Order No.[protected], placed on Date: 4/11/2021.. it's going to complete TWO months now I am waiting for my order to get delivered...
I have called many times, sent emails too but every time I get same response (pls give us 24 hours to resolve your issue)... I have been promised many times to get a call back but never got it yet.. no one is welling to help... I am tired now and wanted to file a formal complaint against Malabar... I have said that too on email but still no one answered... it took 1.5 months in manufacturing and now Order Status On Hold... Because of wrong calculation?? Who does this mistake and why would I suffer for this... It was my mistake to trust such brand and made the payment, pathetic customer service... Zero response and customer handling skills... Disappointed and feeling hopeless as its already been 2 months waiting and getting no response from them .. Was this information helpful? |
