I have purchased one gold chain in 2015 (weight of 20.918 GM's)
now i came back to exchange with new one the old one is showing the weight with 18 GM's when I asked the dilsuknagar branch(hyderabad) he gave me useless and arrogant answer so where can I find the solutio
