Customer care executives are very rude and they are trying to help.

Missing product - ME serum Foundation 07 Toffee Glow 30ml
I ordered this product they offered a free vitamin c serum also with the serum foundation but when the package came there is only vitamin c serum and the serum foundation is missing.
I have tried to raise the ticket but there is no response from customer care. I don't know why a brand like mamaearth is doing this to people.
