Got call from saying mama earth.and to claim promotional offer asked me to select products worth 5000 rs.and made payment via gpay.
After that they asked me to make payment for GST tax.

Like that they made me to pay 60000 rs in 4 transactions.

They shared companies id card and aadhar card for trusting them

I have ordered for for products on dated 8th june, 2022. Today I received one product only (which was worth rs. 299/- only.I have paid 520.6/- for total product) out of four products). Remaining three products has not been delivered yet but my order status showing as delivered which make me concern about my orders. Because last time the same thing had happened with me. Llast time i ordered for face serum but instead i received a night face mask. This time shipment company has delivered only one product but upon checking my delivery status i found all my products has been dilivered which is not not correct.

I have been receiving, delivery update of mamaearth products, which I have never ordered.

I have ordered two shampoo in a cashback offer, I didn't get the cashback later, I sent mail to them no reply for that, then I called them after few months on several try to customer care number.they said the cashback time expired . cashback means I understood as they credit back to my account, atleast they have to mention it will be there in the mamaearth account.even if it is in mamaearth account, how the cash in my account will get expired, if it is any coupon code it will get expired, but how the cash that too without any prior notification.This is again like a scam using fancy words like cashback and finding their own way to loot it from customers.in my order page nothing mentioned as this cash will remain in mamaearth account or will expire in so and so date.so in the name of cash back they are cheating customers.please take action on them in this regard

Amount has been debited from my bank account but the order not yet placed and amount also not refunded...
Raised many Tickets n complaints...but no response...very poor responses ...

I have ordered 3 product worth rs 899 from mamaearth site on 16 april and I paid a prepaid amount of rs 899 . It dispatched on 17 april . I have received a message of arriving soon on 17 april . But after that I had no updates of my order . I have wrote about it many times on mamaearth site but no reply I got . I talk with customer care executive on 20 april . He said they complaint about delivery boy and you will update it very soon. But after that I had no reply no updates no any massage from mammaearth . I tried to call again on customer care but call has been disconnected every time ... Plz resolve my problem .

When i Don't want to buy anything from there, i though of deleting my account. I asked them via mail they were saying that they can't delete my data

I have purchased product from mamaearth for my daughter but soap is missing. Even in bill sent by them, they have not mentioned the soap.my product id is [protected]. There customer care number is not connecting. And also They are not responding. Please help me.

The issue that I have experienced was: I selected the products and placed the order So at time of placing order it asked me to provide my contact details. I provided the correct address and email id but by mistake the last two digits of the phone number that I provided was incorrect. It was a prepaid order.Once I started receiving the details on email about my order I tried reaching Mamaearth to correct my mobile number or atleast update an alternate number of my husband so that the delivery guy can reach me But they refused saying that after placing the order it cannot be done and told me that can try reaching the delivery partner once the product is dispatched and they can help me.They closed the ticket with this.
Once the order was dispatched I tried calling the delivery partner .They refused saying that the seller needs to do the changes.Now I am stuck.

Neither they are updating the phonenumber associated with my account.Nor are they providing the number of the delivery partner so that I can contact them.

I cant login and change my details as it asks for otp and otp is going to the incorrect number.I cant login with my email id ..as it also asks for otp.For login, cancellation anything I need the number to get updated.

The package is lying in the delivery hub in my location and I cant get it just because they are not updating the number or providing me an option to update an alternate number.I am blocked in every way.

Also for future orders I inquired.they are asking me to create a new account with new email id and new number to place orders so I asked them what happens to the old account where my email id is already there.They said they would not delete it.

I track my order id [protected] there is showing delivery time 2:33 pm on 12th Jan 2022, But Courier executive only missed call and when i call back this number does not accept the call.
Please resolve my query today.

She has shared a PROMOTIONAL OFFER this morning wherein the customer gets a free gift (Voltas AC/ Sony LED TV/ Dell laptop/ Apple iphone 12/ LG Refrigerator) on purchase of Mamaearth items worth Rs. 5, 000/- and above alongwith a cashback of 40% of the PO Value.
We have placed an order for 13 items (value-Rs. 5, 079/-) and made the payment via the Paytm UPI. Subsequently, the Mamaearth team has started calling up repeatedly demanding for another Rs. 9, 800/- towards the GST component against this order.
We have clearly sensed a DUBIOUS BEHAVIOUR and hence refused to make any other payment. Further, we have asked for PO CANCELLATION and REFUND of the payment made by us. On doing so, the Mamaearth team have started using foul language and bad words and threatened that we shall be receiving Govt notice on not making the GST payment. EXTREMELY SHOCKING EXPERIENCE INDEED...

Resolution - we expect a speedy resolution of the above stated complaint.

Not refund my money, after not delivered my product.

My order number [protected] is showing delivered but I haven't received the package yet ..I really don't understand what's happening

I have bought tea tea face wash for me and also cream for my baby after using it few a month my pimples got worsen I deeply regret using this product and for my baby his babu skin is totally damaged he has severe allergic reaction. Worst ever which I shouldn't have trusted. Regret of my life. Is this the right place to place complaint I am not sure. I would like to attach some pictures too which is a proof.

I had used two tubes of mamaearth teatree facewash...it suited my skin and removed all pimples as well. But when I ordered it for the third time it didn't suit my skin...instead I felt burning sensation, irritation, redness and pimples all over my face. I didn't understand why did that happen.

I ordered the baby lotion from first fry. The smell and texture was very weird. But I thought that’s how it is. Smell and texture both were like Fevibond. But I thought that’s the way it is and ignored. Until recently I saw my relative using the same product and to my surprise the smell was good and texture was fine.

So that means the product whixh I received is deceptive. Please take action!!

I didn't received the refund amount in my account. Related to this issue I have contacted the branch but they are extremely unhelpful and their behaviour is like I should go to the merchant and get it cleared.

I contacted the merchant as well but they have clearly mentioned that amount has been transferred and also have shared the
Refund Reference number but the bank is like we can not do anything and I should be contacting the merchant only.

As you can see in trail mail it's been approximately 3 months and I did not get the amount refunded and not any help from the bank as well as the customer care.

I applied hair onion oil shampoo and conditioner but no any growth my hair
It's damage weak and fall.
Now my hair conditions is very thin what should I do?

Worst experience...my baby has rashes all over the body after applying the lotion...she is just 2yrs...didn't expect this 4m mama earth

I have been having hairfall nd thought Mamaearth would work, it being natural and going thr' reviews. But it has increased hair fall like anything. Moreover, the edges nd hair become more sticky. Its very difficult to comb after using. It feels worse than pre-shampoo. Now hair loss is happening in patches... mayb the worst products or worst post usage experience I had till now

Started using mama earth onion shampoo for reducing hairfall but instead of reducing hairfall it started increasing it makes my hair sticky and tuff to comb I hate this product 😡😡😡 worst product ever used

The product cleans to reduce hair fall but instead, after using this my hair fall increased. When is stop using this product my head got back to normal. They are cheating their customers. I want my money back.

I started using onion shampoo conditioner and started gettinh hair fall more than 20 to 25 hairs at a time.

In my life This is 1st time I am having issues with Delivery (Products is missing), not sure how can Mamaearth do like this.

Mamaearth cancelled my order which was already 5 days late and then even after 10 days still not refunded my money

Earlier used to pack the bottle well.but now the bottle remains open.we do not trust that the product is original or not, that it is fresh or not..
