Mamtha — I am not able to book bus ticket from Mobikwik

I am Mamatha... pissed of with the service mobikwik booking...

When i was booking bus ticket, my wallet got uploaded with money i tranfered from bank but not able to book bus tickets... its showing OOPs! Something went wrong msg on home page. I need my money back to my bank / resolve problem so that i can book tickets now.

Please resolve my problem asap.
