However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

fraud case through olx add
Sir, even same case with me to, this guy cheated me by saying i'm into army sanjay singh, same i'd proofs which he has sent me through olx, i think someone from olx only doing this, bcs after my account got debited, this person was removed from olx saying that, "this person has been removed from olx. Please don't communicate with user or exchange any money or items. Contact us for more support"... We do so much struggle for one rupee also,...

I am Mamatha... pissed of with the service mobikwik booking...
When i was booking bus ticket, my wallet got uploaded with money i tranfered from bank but not able to book bus tickets... its showing OOPs! Something went wrong msg on home page. I need my money back to my bank / resolve problem so that i can book tickets now.
Please resolve my problem asap.
