[Resolved]  Manappuram Finance Ltd. — its been 3 months i am waiting - i kept request to change my aircel number due to no signal now in india. not responding

Its been more than 20+ times i called your yousufguda krishna nagar branch to update my mobile number from [protected] to [protected]. I am premchand. K customer with manappuram since more than a year. Recently i moved to chennai from hyderabad. And recently due to network issue with aircel i am unable to access any otp for transaction using my manappuram mobile app. Its been multiple branches of manappuram i visited in chennai to update my mobile number. Every time they denied doing and asking me to call yousuf guda branch in hyderabad to change the number from [protected] to [protected]

No body bothered to revert me back. Nearly 20+ times i called you believe me or not. I requested in whats app[protected] also very politely to call me back and explained my situation. The guy who is using this number not bothered to revert me back, one time okay, he may be busy i tried more than 20+ times.

I even tried updating my mobile number from mobile app. There is two times they denied accepting and asked me to contact my branch yousufguda people.

People should understand for changing my mobile number i am suffering like a hell here, u guys not even bothered to revert me back.

I will await for your reply manapurram team to change my mobile number. If there is no revert from ur side. I will lodge a fir agaqinst you guys for mistreating a customer like this.

I am an working employee will not get time to visit branch every time and on sundays manappuram will not open. I am unable to use my mobile application for opting loan/for paying interest due/ for paying part payment etc. Because of this i am feeling disturbed and u guys not responding.

What this guy[protected] is working for reserve bank of india or what to believe that he is so busy for responding to 20+ calls of mine.

Keep customer etiquette values and respect people.

I need solution to change my mobile number from [protected] to [protected].
