I had requested to HR and Regional Manager about my early reliving on 31st January through official mail id,
that i could not able to serve after that, but they did not respond... i leave company without serving full notice period due to my personal problem, Later i joined another bank and while HR verification Manappuram shows absconding... Now i m not getting job anywhere.

I m ready for due payment to get my relieving...

This company is not paying salary to the employees. My sister who works with the company works 7days a week and on sundays they need to go for marketing and manapurram such a big company can hire akshay kumar as a brand ambassador but can't own a marketing or business development team. They have a system of punching into the systems and my sister's area head does not allow to punch and my sister is working for free. My sister's salary is more than17k but today she only recieved 9k. Is she working on wages? She is working the whole month just for 9k?

I wish to inform you that, On 26th Oct 2015 I met Branch Manager (M/s. Manapuram Finance Ltd, ) to pledge our family gold Jewels Gross Weight is 331.10Grms.The Branch Manager checking our Gold is original. After he accepts and explained me to rate of interest 18% p.a. I agreed and accept 18% Interest.

The Branch Authority weighing our Jewels Nett Wt is 321.12 Grams and they will pay Rs.5, 87, 000 on our Gold Jewels. Thereafter the branch manager telling some terms and condition is “Please pay Rs. 1000/- including of your 18% interest per month we will detect your principle amount” I greed.

On 23rd Nov 2015 I'll pay our 1st Month Interest of Rs. 8512/- promptly at Manapuram New Washermenpet Branch Ch-81.

On 28th Dec 2015 I'll pay our 2nd Month Interest of Rs. 9700/- promptly at Manapuram New Washermenpet Branch Ch-81.

On 18th Jan 2016 I'll pay our 3rd Month Interest of Rs. 7528/- promptly at Manapuram New Washermenpet Branch Ch - 81.

On 20th Jan 2016 the Branch Manager phoned by me he is telling “our policy is 3 months once change your Jewel receipt, you may please come to my office immediately”. I met Branch Manager he is change our Jewel Receipt and he without intimating to increase our rate of interest 18% p.a to 20% p.a. ( Copy Attached )

I am Shocking and remind me “you agreed rate of interest only 18% p.a at the time of Pledge, But now you changed rate of interest at 20% how it's possible to change rate of interest without my knowledge”. But I can't any signature in this type of term and condition. After I request the Branch Manager “will you show me you're T & C for 3 months once 2% increased on your interest rates”.

After Branch Manager given a Mobile No. [protected] and please get approval of our Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) after we reduce your Rate of interest.

On the same day I phoned Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) and I explained full history of the facts. The CRM arrogantly spoken “this is our Financial Norms pay our 20% rate of interest immediately or otherwise you may release your Jewels today itself” he refused my request and disconnect our phone call.

Finally no other go I decided to serve the compliant letter against the Manapuram Finacial Ltd, please take action against finance culprits and waiver our rate of interest.

Kindly do the needful at your earliest convenience caused is highly regretted.
