Where i have made my Gold Loan Interest Payment today morning through OGL App - (Phonepe Platform) - Where Amount got Deducted but Payment failed from Manappuram end

After i contacted Hoodi Manappuram branch person, He said their is Some Technical issue due to Month End

& Again he said to make a Payment (After confirming with the Executive i Made the Payment but again - Amount got deducted but Payment failed from Manappuram Finance end

Now they are saying, i have to pay again

I requested that, i dont have further money with me

To check & Resolve

I want this issue to be Solved on Immediate basis
