Manav Rachna International University [Mriu] — transport department staff giving wrong information

There is this guy named jai prakash who is sitting in admission cell, he misguides students by giving them the wrong information. So i took admission in mriu this year (2017) and after a month i wanted to cancel my admission and withdraw my fee. I had a horrible experience with the transport department. When i went to one of this member of transport department who's good name was mr jai prakash to know about their fee refund policy he said that they'll deduct only 25% but i had no documents that day so he said me that tomorrow is a last day n they'll charge 50% after 2morrow so when next day i went to him to write an application i reconfirmed about this 25% fee deduction and he said that get your fee withdraw before 5pm. When you'll go to the transport office say them that the sir sitting above said that only 25% will be deducted. Then when i went to the transport office they said that they'll deduct 50% now and when i told them that i was told a different thing they called him there and he said that no sir i only told them about the rules nothing else. Then we were asked to go to registrar office to talk further on the topic. We've already told the head about this and now i'm waiting for my cheque to see how much they'll deduct. Seems like mr jai prakash don't know about rules properly so why is he sitting there? Because of him i will have to pay extra 12500. He is misguiding students, because of his misguidance i will have to pay for extra loss. Why then the receptionist sends us to him to know about the policy??
