Mangalam Teleshopping — Mangalam Teleshopping doing fraud

I am n Rahul, a resident of Bidar Karnataka. I got a phone call from a firm named mangalam teleshopping. He said that Sony sony xperia t2 ultra and Two gold coin the mode of payment was cash on delivery. They provided me with their email id and phone number.15 days later i received the parcel by paying rs 3, 200 as was decided. Upon opening a parcel, i found out that it contained a chain rollgold god Laxmi photos the money worth of which is not more than rs50. The shipping was done through indian postal service. Both mangalam teleshopping and Indian postal service had clearly written on the invoice of that parcel that it contained a mobile phone...
