Mangalam Teleshopping — Wrong item parcel sending

I am n venkataiah, a resident of nalgonda. I got a phone call from a firm named mangalam teleshopping. She said that samsung galaxy j7 and one gold coin the mode of payment was cash on delivery. They provided me with their email id and phone number.15 days later i received the parcel by paying rs 3, 250 as was decided. Upon opening a parcel, i found out that it contained a chain rollgold god photos the money worth of which is not more than rs150. The shipping was done through indian postal service. Both mangalam teleshopping and indian postal service had clearly written on the invoice of that parcel that it contained a mobile phone...
