he is using olx and other platforms to cheat people, claiming that he can unock icloud in few hours, .

His modus Operand is simple

1.Asks you to pay some advance
2.Asks you to wait for few hours
3.Then No reply and your mobile number is blocked by whatsApp
4.He will never attend any phone calls before or after, to check whether its customer or police, he checks the missed numbers list, then if its customer calls back.

He has multiple numbers, so that he is able to re-register on olx even after suspended accounts.
