This bus service is from Rajkot to Pune. While boarding from Mumbai on 14th Sept 22 for Rajkot it took 24 hrs to reach Rajkot reason there was some mechanical problem which bus was facing and due to this bus came late in Mumbai at 11.45pm in night its actual time is 7pm. In between nearby Ahemdabad the bus was again stopped due to some problem in bus and they have transferred the passengers to other bus. During this period passengers have suffered a lot and for this they have paid for bus service. My question to these travel companies that passengers are paying you what you demand and on that why we have to suffer like this. It's not a matter of money but of services and the pain suffered by passengers. You have to pay back to your passengers if you are unable to depart them on time or little bit late will do but taking 8 to 9 hrs more it's not justice. Kindly do check into this.
