Manish Tours & Travels — bus delay and no updates

Bus timing is 7 AM at Pune and they r saying it will come 8:30. There is no any updates from bus operator till now and also they also not provided any bus or driver details.
I am standing on Highway with my 6 months son and 60 years old Mother. Weather is very cold here. I am following with Bus operator since yesterday but they provided wrong number on ticket.

Need penalty to them as much as possible and requesting RedBus Paytm to remove them from ur app. Pls do not add such fake Bus operators.

Feeding is very difficult on road there no any seating arrangement.
