This is to bring in your kind notice that I took the admission in the Manonmanium Sundaranar University for B.COM from one of the study centers in Delhi namely Vinayaka Institution of Management and Technology (Center Code-P12) in the month of March/April-2009 under registration number C9P1206722.

And I appeared in the B.COM III year Examination in the month of Nov-Dec-2009 and I was declared passed on the website of Manonmanium Sundaranar University in the month of Feb-2010, as the Result was published on 16th of Feb-2010.
I have received my PROVISIONAL / Marks sheet Certificate from the study center but
besides my several mails in distance education deptt. they have not even replied on my any mail and while calling on the phone numbers they are giving the other no. and so on.
Plz let me know, will I get the my University Degree certificate or not.
