Dear All,
I want to inform about the dirty politics and practices of Manonmaniam Sundaranar University,an university which is on the verge of painting black on the face of the great scholar Manonmaniam Sundaranar.
I got admitted to MBA Course through one of the collaborators for this university for 2011-12 academic session.the center showed some notice sent by the registrar about the malpractices of some centers quoting which the registrar had asked to stop all the activities of the centers till further notice.

Later again when i went to the center they showed me altogether a different notice which quoted Prof Yashpal and Supreme Court decision about the universities offering distance education.The verdict was given somewhere durin 2007-08. quoting which the registrar and the syndicate which ratified the verdict , cancelled all the collaborative courses.

Subsequently these authorities reshuffled the case workers who were handling these Technically collaborated courses, handling admissions,Issuing ID Cards,Conducted Exams,Co-ordinated with Collaborators and study-centers.
Is it an act of Fear of getting exposed???
My question is that if these higher officials were aware of that verdict given in 2007-08 ,
* how did they sign any MOU with the collaborators in the year 2010?
*Why did not the Syndicate interfere while the MOUs were signed?
*how did the authorities allowed any admission?
*How did they conduct the exams for such courses after signing the MOUs?

*How did they allow Re-Franchising by collecting a fee of Rs.35,000 from sub-centers?
*Why are they still showing National Collaborators List on their Website?

*Why is the syndicate questioning this action no& collaborative courses on their website?
*Why is the syndicate neglecting the future of the students by such activities?
*Why are they Delaying in declaring the results?
*Why they did not stop the admissions the very first time?
*Will they return the precious time back to the students?
*will they return the Money collected by the students as fee?
*Will they return the money collected by Collaborators and study-centers as affiliation fee?
*Will they return the hard work these Collaborators and study-centers have done in promoting the university's name?
I think it is just an act of fear.The fear of getting exposed of their mis-deeds.
Will the government atleast intervene and help the students and the service providers?

I have passed B.A., English (additional Degree) through Distance Education at Manonmaniyam Sundaranar University . Name M.Kumudha. Reg.No.COA 5502822, Date of publication of Result:29/03/2011. Name of the Centre: M.S.U. Education centre , Vellore. I have received my Statement of Marks from study centre. But I am not received my provisional certificate or convacation certificate from University or study centre. (till 26.08.2011). Iam unable to register my degree at employment office.there is no responce from University or study centre.
Please kindly send me my provisional certificate. I will be very thankful to you sir.

I had taken the personal loan in 2004 from countrywide finance, Vadodara, Gujarat. I had already paid all the installment within due date, but they neither issuing no objection certificate nor the closure letter. When I contaced them then they said that your one installment is pending. But infact I had paid all installment to them. However If I would not have paid complete installment then why they had never written any letter till date showing the dues in this regard. About four or five years have passed but they never sent any letter of pending dues. Now I have destroyed all the records to show them because I felt that there is no need of these records now as I have payed all the dues. They have given my name in CIBIL list Please help me in this regard. One thing is also notable they charge haviest interest rate for personal loan which is against the rule of RBI. They charges more than 100 percents as interest on flat rate

I the former student of St.Stepehens College of Teacher Education, Velayudha Nagar, Kollemcode, Tamil Nadu, India, completed B.Ed degree on the accadamic year[protected] acadamic year, and appeared the university Theory and Practical examination at the same year in our college which is the examination centre.The matter is our colege gets the affliation from the NCTE Bangalore and applied to the Manonmanium Sundaranar University for the no objection certificate and the affliation but the University denied to grand and asked 60lakhs rupees from the managment for proper affliation. By refusing this demand from them our college Managment filed a case in Madurai High Court for granting afliation, In the mean time the High court orders the university to permit the students of the first batch for the university examination and quotes The Pulication department of India to publish the college in Indian Gazette notification,and release the result of these students by the way the court oderd The publication department of India published the name and the NCERT affliation matter in the Indian Gazzet news and the University released the result at once and now the University is denying to give the certificates for us (the students). My prayey is we have spent a lot for fees and other extra expenses to join the course on the accadamic year 2005-06 but till now we did'nt recieve our certificate from the university and our future is utter dark and we cant go for further education and we need the employment registration sceneiarity from the year which we studied on 2005-06 year onwards, Because its is not our fault because its the delay by the University and the Honourable High court, So please i seek help from any kind hearted Layer to fought for us to lighten our dark life. Note: we have passe in the examination, and we have the course certificate, Exam Id card isuued from the University, and the result paper which published by the University and the court documents in hand for further proceedings
