My BCA Degree Certificate not yet received, study centre says they applied already and can't do anything about it (according to study centre certificate will reach home) but nothing happened, don't know what to do please solve this issue staying with a provisional certificate for so long is difficult in jobs.

Please save me from mental trauma which I am getting from current work atmosphere losing a job is like a suicide
