My BCA Degree Certificate not yet received, study centre says they applied already and can't do anything about it (according to study centre certificate will reach home) but nothing happened till date what a pathetic situation for an educational institution that we trusted for a career for each single paper never ending delays, last option is sending mails and documents to VC, governer, CM of Tamilnadu, Chief Justice Tamilnadu. either let the university provide the certificate or just reply with a date they can provide. this is like never ending story and middle people like study centres just washing their hands by saying it's universities problem they can't do anything. Middle men's like study centres are looting too for each and every single subject related to university nothing is proper.
This is my fourth complaint fed-up with everything
