I would like to inform you that i, goutam payra, have completed mca degree in may - 2015, from manonmaniam sundaranar university, tirunelveli, tamil nadu, india, from m. S. U. Education centre kolkata, center code - s21, west bengal, college code - s21, through distance education mode.
But still now i've not receive my final degree certificate, please tell me what i do.
