Hi,
I had subscribed to Magic Pot 6 Months (PRINT) on November 27, 2020 by paying INR 360. The order number is 2295845 and the payment ID:SUBS76275878.
I was expecting the order delivery to start January or February at the max. However, after waiting full three months I did not get even a single copy of the magazine. Finally, I contacted Customer Care on March 5th however no relief only a single line response that my books are being dispatched by them, when I counter enquired which address are they sending to or why they are not calling me if the book is not received but no response since then. Despite many follow-ups on email & phone, I have no resolution. I have not received even a single copy of the book and today I got an email that my subscription is expiring and I shall renew my subscription. This is clear cheating and fraud. Very disappointing. It is hard to believe that such a reputed platform is clearly cheating the customers. Was this information helpful? |
