I have booked a flat in Mantri Webcity parcel 2. I was promised a completion date of July 2016. Since the project was delayed from the beginning and there was no construction happening for almost one and a half year, we confronted them repeatedly about the completion date in the past 2 years. however, each time we were promised that the project will be completed before 2016. Now, when the promised completion date has already arrived, they have sent us a mail saying the completion date is postponed to 2019, that's almost a delay of 3 years. I am not sure whether they will stick to the new deadline as they have failed to stick to the promises they have made in many other aspects.
Also, the agreement mentioned a payment fo Rs. 3 per sqft per month in case of delay. we tried to talk to the customer relationship manager, Mr. Umesh CV, regarding this and even sent many emails. but, he is evading us. he does not pick up our call and is not responding to the emails as well. also, when we spoke to the manager, he only promsies to get back to us and never does. We are in a soup now. We have planned our child's education and finances based on the promised completion date. Now, we are unable to take any decisions. And this is causing lot of mental stress for us. We expect a compensation from Mantri developer, the so-called A list builders, for the delay as promised in the agreement and also for the loss we have to face due to the problems the delay has caused for us.

My sincere request to all investors to not get fooled by the promises Mantri makes to you as they are expert in it. The only problem they do not keep the promises. They are no better than the C grade builders. Booking a flat with Mantri means paying more to get the same or the worse than what C grade builders are providing.
Agreed. We are facing similar issues with delays on Mantri Manyata Lithos, project in Bangalore.

    Booked a flat in their webcity project in bangalore. They have been delaying the pre-emi payments (Agreed to be paid on time with 20 day gap between bank deduction). Currently it is end of june and i am yet to receive my emi for february, march, april, june.
    Their management team is delaying making excuses like audit, streamlining etc. They are pushing customers into big financial hurdles.
    Also they have delayed possession date by 2 years without correct reasons..
    STAY AWAY from MANTRI. Booked a flat in WebCity under buyback pre-emi scheme. Have not been receiving the pre-emis since March 2016, tired of following up with their useless CRMs. Will soon run into financial crisis. They just dont bother. You will keep thinking how can they do that, it is MY money.. But you will not be able to help it.

    Please think multiple times before investing in Mantri. I know of so many people suffering after investing in the so called reputed builder. Once you have invested your money, you will have no option like many other consumers. Soon they will be caught by the count and police by running all pre-emi and buyback scheme scams and cheating on customers' money.

    despite repeated requests my booking amount is not being refunded for the unsuccessful booking of an upcoming flat in Bangalore.

      We bought this apartment of Mantri ( alpyne) in Uttarahalli during 2012 considering the brand "Mantri". Little did we know the fact that the big builders also try to discourage customers by not handling flats to them on time . And after years of delay announcing possession without basic amenities. There is no exact communication about the possession dates for Phase 2 flat owners with basic amenities like electricity( BESCOM) and water(BWSSB).
      Please mantri management give us the BESCOM and BWSSB so that we can stay in our own house without paying unnecessary DG charges or water tank charges ( which are replacement for BESCOM and BWSSB).

        Hi All,

        I have been victim of Mantri Developers (MDPL) who, on paper along in 'association' with HDFC promised me to sign a tripartite agreement wherein MDPL should have paid interest till possession considering Nov 2014 is the possession date as per the 100% initial payment scheme. However, as the time progressed, they stopped paying the interest and unfortunately, did not even handed over the flats. It is been 1.5 years delay and some of the future neighbors have been waiting from last 2.5 years to get the possession. Now, MDPL is blaming BESCOM (also the power minister of Karnataka) and BWSSB for the delay. When we got the information from RTI it is found that MDPL has not even paid the amount and most of the work is pending with MDPL.
        It is clear indication of the fact that they have even diverted our hard earned money to other projects and enjoying their life by screwing up ours.

        Now, MDPL has gone ahead and demanding Rs. 16, 000 (for running the DG 24/7, Yes, running the DG) and Rs. 1900 for BWSSB connection! This is apart from the maintenance deposit that they taken from us (Rs.2.5L).

        My experience tells me that NEVER EVER BUY ANY APARTMENTS FROM MANTRI (MDPL) DIRECTLY (re-sale) is better. Even their ENERGIA project near to Hebbal (Bangalore) and Webcity (already in-line) are following the same fate!
        Did you buy the apartment in the PEMI scheme? which is for 3 years?

        Need your advise, i am planning to buy in Serenity for the same scheme.

            I had booked a Residential flat in MantriWebcity (http://www.mantri.in/webcity/) in sometime back in DEC-2012 IN a 2 year PREEMI Scheme .FLAT expected Delivery date DEC-2014.It is complete 1 year delay by now but builders are not at all bother .Every time i ask delivery date, they extend the date by 2/3 months and reply back . Not sure what i can do in this situation .Mantri developer are boldly saying me to take Legal action as they are confident that no one can harm them since they Had make the property-agreement in their favor . As i am staying in Singapore due to my JOB so it is very scary, am continue to loose my hard earned money in form of heavy EMI and don't know when i am going to get my FLAT.               Hi All, I bought property is Mantri Webcity, W Bldg. at Hennur Road in May 2015. Unfortunately I opted for Pre-EMI scheme offered by Mantri and PNB. However, Mantri is NOT paying any single Pre-EMI in my case I have not received any EMI. They don't add the same in the agreement and they don't have any official tie-up with PNB to do this. Even if you contact the Vice-President (Mr Vinay Nagpal - [protected]@mantri.in) for this mess it is of no use and do not expect even a single word from him over the mail or phone! All the awards to Mr and Mrs Mantri seems to be paid up award and if someone is giving that to them it is purely because of the Blood Money that they have sucked from middle class people like to fulfill their lust! They do have some so called CRM managers who act like an exact puppet that we used to find in olden days circus. And believe me or not these guys are the one who take the blame and they will be used to save the face of the owners so that they get awards!!! Shame on them! I have written 39 mails so far to all CRM managers with Mr Vice-President in the CC and also must have called the CRM managers more than 200 times so far! No use!!! Don't fall into the financial trap that Mantri's has laid for you and better look out for someone who are good with their finance. I have planned to take this struggle to next level and will be publishing more articles in other forums within tomorrow (target is 25) so that people are aware of the looting methodology of Mantri builders. I have started flooding all review places and consumer complaints with this above complaint. This will continue every day for one hour every day !               This is the Ridiculous Nonsesnse Reply received from Kusum of Mantri Developers.

              "Greetings from Mantri Developers!

              Acknowledge the receipt of mail addressed to Mrs Mantri. Due to certain reasons there has been a delay in the payouts and the same was communicated to you much in advance by myself during our last meeting at our head office.
              We are in the process of streamlining on the payments. This would take some time. Please note, we will initiate to process your payout and credit is expected to be reflected by 15th of September.
              Truly appreciate your continuous understanding and support."

              This is the same NONSENSE that Iam hearing for the last many Months. If there is a delay, It is Mantri's Problem and the problem of its Investors, Not Mine. I have a MOU between Mantri and Me which is also much before your STUPID communications. I also have a Tripartite Agreement between Mantri, PNB and Me which is done much before your STUPID commmunications. As per these agreements I am supposed to receive the August 2016 EMI before 20 September 2016. However I am not received June and July 2016 EMIs.

              Now coming back, For the Ganesh Festival I dont have enough money to even do basic things. Dont have money to even buy the Ganesh Idol. All this for Trusting a Mantri Brand.

              Understand, I have done Favour on Mantri by investing in Mantri. You have Given many FALSE PROMISES before and never I got a EMI on time. Please get your act right. I am heading to all Mantri Site Office to make sure, you do no business on 04 Sept 2016 and 05 Sept 2016. I will meet every customer of yours at 4 Sites and give them this printout or your harassment.

              Since I am at a point where "I cannot pay EMI and feed my family" at the same time. I am taking the next obvious steps.

              I was asked to deposit the original modular kitchen letter since Mantri was not able to honor the Modular Kitchen Offer guarantying that the Rs 1 Lakhs will be credited to my account within 2 months of receiving the original credit note.

              MDPL is a big liar and cheat, I have still not received the Credit note. The Credit Note that I did receive after 2 months of follow up is an illegal credit note. It does not even have the required details of when the payout would be made. I was told it a Mantri Standard Credit Note. Everything about Mantri Developers is nothing but illegal.

              Now after multiple followup Mantri is saying that it will be deposited in December - that would 5 months delays without even giving a post dated cheque or a Demand Draft.

              This is what happens when you buy a Mantri Home. You get Mantri [censored]. You will be harassed, cornered financially, lose social status, since you would not have money to pay your loans. You will all die in Mantri Hell.

              Then there are some Dossa's and Linda's and KKR and Punjab National Bank all bloodsuckers and destroyers of Indian Families who support this daylight robbery and stealing by Mantri.

              You can see there faces below and never go close to their STINKING graves.

              Lesson : Never Even Buy a Mantri Home. And Educate all to Never Buy a Mantri Home.

              I will visit Mantri Headoffice to educate all customers I meet there of their blunder, and my friends will do these all all Mantri Sites on Saturday and Sunday.

              Request all of you who see this to spread this message loud and clear - NEVER BUY A MANTRI HOME. THEY WILL SUCK EVERY DROP OF BLOOD YOU HAVE, HARASS YOU FINANCIALLY AND MENTALLY.

              Received a call from Simmi and Vikram from Mantri me on my mobile .

              Both were quite furious about why I wrote this email to the whole world pointing out all the problems.
              They have asked me to write an apology email and unless they receive an apology email, they will not process the credit note.

              I am ready to send and apology email if the money that Mantri owes is credited to my account immediately. This itself will be 2 Months delayed.

              I have called up and Simmi as Vikram was busy in meeting, She Said "She will let me know by "today evening" when the Rs 1 Lakhs that Mantri owes me can be credited to my account for me to send an apology email.

              So I will wait for the "today evening" to send an apology email or an update.

              Simmi, was very furious and called me a liar, however she does point out what is a lie. Everything below is completely true and there are many others suffering the same fate.

              This is what I call harassment. I have to succumb to this harassment and send an apology email if I have to get my money back.

              So as said, below Mantri has always dishonored its commitments and put the customers in lot of trouble financially and socially.

              As per the telecon, I did follow up with Vikram and Simmi. I tried calling Vikram more than 10 times.

              Simmi did answer the call, however, she said there is no update on when my Rs 1 Lakhs which is a big amount for me will be deposited to my account that Mantri owes me.

              So the big question is What can a common man do against such hardened defaulters.

              Every commitment is dishonored. Could not even update when the Rs 1 Lakhs would be deposited to my account.

              Such are the finances of Mantri today, that buying a Mantri Developers home will destroy the Dreams of Home Buyers. Mantri Developers will destroy them financially and socially.

              And I must mention there is always a big risk of this open agitation that might result as a Physical risk to me and my family. So if something happens like this, may be someone would demand justice.

              Asha, Mantri Projects will take another 4 years to complete if you are lucky. These guys are trying to get as much money from people to somehow continue work. The word out on the street is that Mantri has a lot of Fines to pay and the company doesn't have money to handle their on going projects, hence they came out with these schemes before RERA kicked in.

              Now that RERA is in place, they are in dilemma on how to make paperwork to keep their side safe and put the customers on the receiving end.

              I did the mistake of booking a 2bhk apartment at Mantri Webcity and now i'm trying to get the money back, which is not happening. I'll be raising a complaint with RERA by paying Rs.1000

              Last Thursday that is Oct 8, 2015, I received call from Kusum from her mobile number [protected]. She Said the outstanding EMI will be paid next day, After that one week and 50 phone calls and some email later, I still have not received the outstanding in my account.

              Every day is a new disguise, Two days back the cheque has been deposited as per CRM Deepak and Kusum says the cheque is in site office.

              I received a SMS from Kusum saying "Sir Please dont threat" Not sure who is threatening whom.

              Today I Visited Kotak Bank at JP Nagar 3 Phase and Kotak Bank at MG road to enquire about the cheque deposited to my Kotak Account. However both the branches were not able to locate any cheque for clearing in my account.
              The cheque was deposited by Mantri on 16 Oct 2015, and Today is 19 october 2015, however surprisingly the cheque is not reflected in any Kotak branch.

              When i called up Kusum from Mantri and CRM Deepak, both say the cheque has been deposited to my account. However I am not sure how long will it take to get the outstanding Pre-EMI from Mantri.

              Pre EMI cheque was already ready. Amount information was also shared by Ms Kusum. As per the telecon, information was also shared by our CRM team that the cheque was deposited. The clearance delay was from the bank and not from us. Hope you have received the amount by now. Let us know if the same is not received, we will also have this followed up by the respective vertical. Once again regret inconvenience caused.

              I am yet to receive Pre-EMI for December 2015. the People from whom I borrowed Money are at my doorsteps every day to ask for money.

              The MOU is also signed by head CRM who is not authorised to signed the MOU. Mantri is hiding behind this poor fellows and not even signing the documents that they are supposed to sign.

              As per the MOU, every month before 20th I am supposed to get the previous month EMI, however I am yet to receive EMI for December.

              This Saturday and Sunday I will sit NAKED at Mantri Webcity until i get my money for Dec 2015 and Jan 2016 Pre-EMI.

              I am an "Buyback Investor" with Webcity W1602. I have not received the Pre-EMI for the months of April 2016, May 2016, June 2016.
              I tried my best communicating with the below people.

              1. Vineetha, Head CRM: Never Answers the Phone Calls. If answered, clearly fakes that she is not able to hear. Fakes that she is talking to another customer on other line and will call back and never calls back. The phone goes unanswered even after Hundreds (100s) of Calls.

              2. Kritika Sheety, Secretary to Snehal, I tried communicating with Kritika for the Pre-EMI for the Months of April 2016, May 2016, June 2016. However she has not been able to help me.

              Since I am at a point where "I cannot pay EMI and feed my family" at the same time. I am taking the next obvious steps.

              Is this the value we get after trusting you for so many years and putting our hard earned "white" money for this project? Hope to hear from you quickly in clear and acceptable terms without any further uncertainty!!

              A copy of this email has been sent to Mantri Developers and KKR & Piramal Funds - Investors of Mantri.
              AH ! Another trapped customer of Mantri, in fact you should call them Kantri. Even I have sent millions of mails to them, this Kussum along with Snehal and Sushil are literally running a racket rather than a company. Trap you in Pre-EMI scheme and then they pay for some 2-3 months initially and then starts the story of follow ups. Also they in hidden tones they threaten you. Also they are least bothered if you plan to go to Media or Court, in fact in one of the meetings with Parcel I buyers Snehal mentioned that she would be happy if customers go legal, as she as CRM head would be free from all this.

              They know the way around, will spend money and will buy everything, it is you and me my dear friend who is supposed to get screwed by hands of these leeches. They entrust our constitution and law more than us. No point in complaining to Police and Authorities, suck and live life and only "hope" that some day you get what you paid for. Parcel I is already delayed by 18 months imagine the plight of ours, can anyone challenge that. We pay EMI + Rent every month and on top of that you get threatened by Mantri Staff especially Kusum and gang.

              Also, be assured, media will never play this story, in fact Times Now just played how awesome they are on 23rd of July. While you me, and all existing customers know that how pathetic the situation of their projects are. You think you are the only one complaining to Mantri, they have billions of mails from customers seeking help. Sushil gives a dime to your requests because he has people like Snehal and Kusum to call back and in subtle way threaten you.

              The title of your mail / complaint should have been a helpless Indian. Talk and complaint only if you have money else please stay quiet, it won't bring anything more or less than harm to you from Police & Courts on behest of Mantri. That's how India works. Trust a Pakistani I will, but not Mantris, especially trio of Kusum, Snehal and Sushil.
              Reached out to Vineetha, Head CRM of Mantri Webcity, This time the call was answered, surprisingly ! . For the all last 15 day I was not able to talk to her even once.

              Vineetha asked me to call Vishwajeet, CRM for Tower W, Called him, however he has no clue of when the outstanding EMIs will be paid.

              There is no clue when the outstanding EMIs will be paid. So Now I have to decide if I have to pay the people from whom I borrowed to pay my EMIs or I have to pay the EMI to the bank.

In the event he is not able to give you an answer you may always contact me. I have marked him in the mail.

              1. Vineetha IS A LIAR. She was caught red-handed and had no answers for not answering calls during the last meeting held at Parcel 1 Basement.

              2. During the last visit, Vineetha has "PROMISED" that EMI for the month of April would be credited by 25 July, and not in the first week of August. AGAIN THIS PROVES THAT SHE HABITUAL LIAR.

              3. I did speak to Vishwajeet many many times and he has no clue when the EMIs will be paid.

              4. It is not acceptable to get April EMI on the first week of Aug. Since I am at a point where "I cannot pay EMI and feed my family" at the same time.

              5. I have borrowed funds to pay April 2016, May 2016, and June 2016 EMI. So now I have to decide whether to pay the money lenders or to pay the EMI to PNB.

              6. This means my EMIs to PNB (Punjab National Bank) will bounce and there will be further problems thanks to Mantri Developers, KKR and Co. and Piramal Funds Pvt. Ltd.

              I am an "Buyback Investor" with Webcity W1602.

              I have not received the Pre-EMI for the months of June 2016 and July 2016

              Ramya Arun Kumar from Mantri had in a emails promised to expedite the EMI payments however it has not reached me.

              PBN has deducted the EMI on 1st Septemeber and Now I have to beg and borrow to fund my monthly expenses.

              Since I am at a point where "I cannot pay EMI and feed my family" at the same time. I am taking the next obvious steps.

              Since Mantri is not allowing Registration and Possession, why should be the Maintenance Charges be applicable to me.
              Firstly, I have already paid the Maintenance Deposit for 3 years. So Maintenance cannot be charged for 3 years after occupancy.
              Secondly, why should I be paying these Maintenance Charges for Electricity and Water which Iam not using.

              Simmi, I am sorry, that if Mantri is going to harass and bully me like this I am going to take it online again.

              I am starting it now, since I cannot take this harassment any more which is affecting my Financials and Family Life.

              My intention is not to hurt anybody, but make the world aware of the Financial and Social Problems that may affect them by going with Mantri Developers.

              Manti Developers, MDPL to be specific have delayed the Mantri Webcity project by more than 2 years, which as affected by cashflows, financials and social life. Accordingly I have requested for delay compensation.

              Mantri has continued harrassment, by not allowing Registration and Possession,
              As a matter of fact there are 100+ Families staying at Mantri Webcity Parcel 1 Illegally without have any Completion Certificate and Occupancy Certificate.

              I have also paid the Maintenance Deposit for 3 years. First there are no amenities to maintain, secondly, Maintenance Charges are compulsory charged even when the flat is not occupied. This is Harrassment and Bullying of customers, .

              NO DOUBT THAT MANTRI DEVELOPERS RATING HAS GONE BELOW THE LESS KNOWN BUILDERS. The whole customer base is shifting away from Mantri, However Credai continues to support Mantri Developers and its corrupt practices. CREDAI is losing its CREDIBILITY ?

              I am taking the next obvious steps of letting the customer know what CREDAI means.

              Hi, what happened to your Pre-EMI scheme?
              did you get money back?
              I am yet to receive last 3 Months EMI. PNB bank calls me everyday for EMI. I have no more money to pay the EMIs. There is not a single happy customer of Mantri Developers. They have looted more than 500 customers. Sushil and Snehal deserve nothing but jail. However, our laws are bought by these bloodsuckers.

              I have not receive the EMI for 5 Months June 2017, July 2017, August 2017, September 2017, October 2017.
              Please credit the EMI immediately.

              I am at a tremendous loss with Banks charging me for Cheque bounce and my credit rating is affected. This is not acceptable.

              Today I have again receive a call from PNB asking me to pay up for face consequences.

              Where do I get the money to pay the EMI if Mantri is not going to give the EMI on time.

              This is causing problems at home and office. If you have any sense, this means - Personal, Social and Professional problems.

              So very disappointed with Mantri developers, its been 5 years now since we booked for Mantri web city under preEMI buy back Scheme.
              Mantri is not paying EMI now due to which our account with bank has gone into NPA as we are also not in condition to pay EMIs.
              Hence i also agree to above mentioned comment & would request public to not invest in Mantri if they want to safeguard their money and not to get in trouble. Mantri is a fraud company. They dont have money to run their business and playing on public.

                Mantri DSK Pinnacle, Bangalore - Delay & quality

                I am a NRI and had booked a flat in Mantri Lithos under 20-60-20 PEMI scheme which they told me a perfectly legal and will be mentioned in main sale/construction agreement. After paying 5 lakh as a booking amount, when we got Agreement papers, the papers didn't have a mention about this PEMI scheme at all. When I complained about this, they said it's normal and they always have one agreement for all and they don't include any special PEMI scheme in general agreements. Then I asked them to provide a legal supporting document to declare this PEMI but they provided me on white paper with some useless text which doesn't have any legal bindings. After trying out several times I found they have nothing but ill intentions, and they just want to pull customer money by any means. I realised that Mantri is a useless organization in terms of commitment. Later finally I decided to cancel my booking due to this fraud. Ideally they should refund my full money with interest and penalty which they seek in case customer does the cancellation on their personal reason. But in this case it's their fault and I was forced to cancel it hence now i should ask penalty form them . But They told me that 25000 will be deducted if cancellation is requested. I agreed on deduction as i wanted to my money back asap, but as soon as i said yes, they took u-turn and replied money will be refunded when unit will be sold.. Already more than 4 months has been passed since cancellation requestd and i yet to get my money back :( Guys, let me tell you all, I am an NRI and called them 1000 times, they don't care their customer at all. You can't invest on 1.5 crore property without all proper legal documents. I've seen so many post where customer have complained about PEMI scheme where EMI to customer is not paid back on time and they had to wait for several months. However, still they don't provide any legal documents for such scheme and what action will be taken when they do such delay... I really regret buying a flat with Mantri. Absolutely ZERO customer service. All Mantri victims, please place your complaints here so that we would have helped someone not to become a victim like us.

                  Friends, please don’t buy any thing from Mantri. They are cheaters of highest order. Now after delaying the possession for more than 9 months, still no assurance of a possession date. When emailed them, I have received irresponsible and senseless responses from them. The RM, Abhishek was even more rude and manner less in his response when queried about the delay, not even an inch of acknowledgement about the pains customers have to go through & absolutely unapologetic. His response was like – “I don’t care about the delay, why did you agree for the compensation mentioned in the contract? “. There are other employees who have given me equally irresponsible responses – Mohan Babu and Kusama. Their customer service is so horrible, the name “we care” should be changed to “we don’t care

                    This has been one of my worst experiences- I bought a flat from Mantri (Navaratna project). Beware.. Don't expect any customer service from them.. In my opinion, even their flats are also substandard when compared to Sobha and Prestige- 1. As several have already mentioned in this thread, there has been a massive delay (more than 18 Months) and to date they are yet to send me the settlement check for the delay (its bee more than 4 months since possesion) for the over payments that they have taken from me. I get the usual lame excuses and responses from Jeyakannan and Balaji. They charge us 18% interest rate for the delay from our end, but there is no penalty that they are paying for the delay from there side. 2. The Propcare department that is supposed to take care of the maintainence is yet to put a see through lens (waiting for 4 months since we lodged the complaint) for my main door 3. Propcare is a useless agency which has done zero maintenance for any of my complaints- Not sure why they even exist just to usurp my hard earned money 3. No signs of when the EB meters will be installed. I wonder if they really care of any new business because my(including my friends, family, relatives, acquaintances etc ) next business will surely not be with them.

                      We purchased a flat in Mantri Alpyne 2 years back. Since its a big project the progress was slow and we would go and check occassionally. when we contacted the CRM that we need to modify slightly to accomodate pooja room she told that we will be intimated when the right time comes, months passed by and recently when we contacted them, they say its too late now and they cant accomodate our request, we asked how come nobody informed or intimated us, the current marketing team is totally hopeless and they talk to you as if you are asking for donation for charity. their response is cold and totally unprofessional. He says, we should have constantly enquired about it. How in the world do we know when out of 11 blocks and a 1200 flats project, when our term comes and at what stage the project is. coz, we could never go up to our floor till now. I will be taking this up to top officials and see how they react. All i want is for them to realize the meaning of customer service and true committment.

                        Approx. 1-2 year back mantri celestia engineering team informed me if you are planning to go for modular kitchen then we will give you slab and sink but we will not fit it. I informed yes i will be going with modular kitchen. So finally last month when they allowed me to start interior then i asked them for my slab and sink fittings. for first 1 month they kept me giving one or another updates like i have placed the order, your order has been sent to bangalore, it has been approved etc.etc. Today when i called them then they are saying only those people will get slab who has applied before nov 2013. I dont have any idea from where and how they have decided cut-off date? If they were having any cut-off date then why not they asked me to opt before that?

                          Hi All, I bought property is Mantri Alpyne, G block, Uttarahalli Main Road on 27th of Feb 2013. Unfortunately I opted for Pre-EMI scheme offered by Mantri and HDFC. However, from past 8 months Mantri is NOT paying any interest component on time and in my case I am yet to receive last two month's PEMI. They don't add the same in the agreement and they don't have any official tie-up with HDFC to do this. Even if you contact the Vice-President (Mr Vinay Nagpal - [protected]@mantri.in) for this mess it is of no use and do not expect even a single word from him over the mail or phone! All the awards to Mr and Mrs Mantri seems to be paid up award and if someone is giving that to them it is purely because of the Blood Money that they have sucked from middle class people like to fulfill their lust! They do have some so called CRM managers who act like an exact puppet that we used to find in olden days circus. And believe me or not these guys are the one who take the blame and they will be used to save the face of the owners so that they get awards!!! Shame on them! I have written 39 mails so far from past 7 months to all CRM managers with Mr Vice-President in the CC and also must have called the CRM managers more than 200 times so far! No use!!! Don't fall into the financial trap that Mantri's has laid for you and better look out for someone who are good with their finance. I have planned to take this struggle to next level and will be publishing more articles in other forums within tomorrow (target is 25) so that people are aware of the looting methodology of Mantri builders.

                          Hi Suman, I don't believe in Facebook and hence i have not put any comments over there. However, I am planning for the same and should come out with one before this month. FYI, I have LinkedIn account and already informed and helped at least 5 people on their Mantri Webcity project. If Mantri says that PEMI is legal then they should put it in the agreement and that should be considered by another set of fraud banks (who encourage illegal activity) like HDFC. i will never give up at any cost!

                          Hi Kamal, Please send me your query. To be honest with you from past two months they are paying the PEMI in time! I need to be transparent and since they are on track now I don't think it will be fair on my side to unnecessarily complain. They have rectified their error.

                          One of the worst builders. Alpyne is delayed by more than 1 year. Even after such a huge delay the management seems to behave as if all is well. People are the worst sufferers as they had made plans to move in December 2014 and also had arranged to admit their kids to nearby schools. Now they are not even telling the possession date for Phase-1. So much for their experience & professionalism. The management does not communicate with the customers and only busy in collecting the awards.Everything left to incompetent CRM team. No body responds to mails send to Wecare & Feedback IDs. Very pathetic and horrible experience. Please do not put your hard earned money in their projects. Terrible company and that's why will remain as their name suggests and will never be able to become king in the real estate industry.

                            I booked an apartment in Mantri Serenity under no pre emi deal. The pre EMI was promised to be paid every month 1st week till March 2016. But so far they paid only a 1/2(half) month's first EMI. That too delayed. This month EMI is still not paid.                                 I had purchased a flat at Mantry Synergy, Chennai.The developers have sold the open terrace which is illegal. The builder has not provided
                                1.even a single water source for 765 apartments
                                2..He has not provided(a) water treatment plant ,(b) an efficient rain water harvesting system,(c) an efficient sewage and water treatment plant
                                3.,has converted the open space into parking lots and sold to the residents,
                                4. Has not provided the common area calculation statement
                                5. The built up area is lesser than the area (by about 10 percent) shown in the drawing
