Marg Compusoft — Software Not working since Jan 1 2016 - NIL SUPPORT | |||||
We purchased Licensed Software on 01 Jan 2016 after a demo of trial version for 3 days on our Lenovo laptop. Trial version did not have all functions - and the salesman -Dharam Yadav - assured us full functionality in Licenced Version. After buying the licensed version - Dharam Yadav could not install the software on our laptop (Windows 10, Lenovo, Intel Atom 1.8Ghz, 2 GB RAM) and asked us to buy a PC ! - without specifying the problem with our laptop. Since then many mails to Area Manager Mr. Ranjit and absolutely no support from Marg company. we paid 12500 rupees by cheque for 12 months licence and 8 months have passed without using it for single day - and no support from marg compusoft. I am fed up to call ur staff. But not receiving nor replying at all. Very bad behavior. Directly they are telling remove our software and complaint against them.
