I did some shopping from Marks and Spencer store Surat on 9th April 2022, then I paid with card, then my account got debited but their account was not received, then I bought on cash amount, then till now I am according to their promise Refund not received yet.

In my whole life I'll never do online shopping from this app M&S . Damn I hve return a parsel due to quality and some size issue and it has been more than a months till now I hve not received my refund and everytime I send a email . Your refund has been processed .. u knw wt better keep this money wth u.. such a kind of fraud app .. Am done👐
