I had placed an order for store pickup from Select CityWalk store, delhi of Marks & Spencer on 13 June 2023. The money got debited, however the order was not placed.
Since then I have been writing multiple emails, raised tickets no. 746199 ( closed without proper resolution) and Ticket No, 750922 which has not been responded.
I have also written to their grievance officer but no response, I have also called customer care but they always direct me to raise a ticket.
The order was placed from registered mobile no. [protected] and account name: Paarmita Shukla
