Marks And Spencer — poor quality mother's day flowers

I received the attached flowers on Mothers Day and was very disappointed at the quality. My daughter purchased two bunches the day before Mother's Day but obviously didn't notice that the blue filler flowers were wilted. When I unwrapped the flowers to arrange them I was shocked at their state. The blue filler flowers were floppy and well passed the sell-by date.

I am very disappointed that for such a special occasion, M&S quality control department would pass these flowers on for sale. I understand the vast volume of flowers processed for such an occasion, however this should not mean a lesser quality control.
