Marks And Spencer — received the wrong item, it says not returnable

From the site, i ordered a 5 pack t shirts and i received only 3 pack t shirt, when i checked with customer care, they told me to return the item, whereas it says the product is not returnable. Also had to hold on the phone for half and hour in order into get into customer care, had the worst experience.
