Marshalls Wallpapers — Wall paper has peeled off. Despite repeated calls and photographs shared with the borivali west centre, no response at all

I have always bought wall papers from Marshalls (Borivali West) centre. The wall papers have peeled off. Though it is outside the warranty, had requested that their repair person can come and I will pay them the charges. Despite being a loyal customer and repeated calls no response at all. I am very disappointed that such a so called named company has such bad service parameters.

Further as I was supposed to travel Outside India, had requested multiple times to give me a response urgently. I will never recommend Marshalls to anyone.
