Firstly, their teams are not well co-ordinated; blamed the other teams for all issues or complaints we had and still do
Secondly, the wallpaper started peeling a few days after it was applied and is still peeling even after they have reworked on it
Thirdly, the photo wallpaper has been printed wrongly with extremely high contrast. Even after repeated complaints and giving evidence of the mistake, they refuse to rectify the same. Again here the blame-game started even after their person came to see the picture and said that it is not looking good. They did not send us an image for confirmation which they claim was a WhatsApp message, which was just the same picture as their picture book.
Fourthly, they are not solution-oriented; very rigid and ‘not my problem’ type of attitude
It feels like our hard earned money has been wasted as we have not got our moneys’ worth. Their lack of customer service is appauling, to say the least for a company that has been claiming to be number 1 in the industry for so many years.

    I have always bought wall papers from Marshalls (Borivali West) centre. The wall papers have peeled off. Though it is outside the warranty, had requested that their repair person can come and I will pay them the charges. Despite being a loyal customer and repeated calls no response at all. I am very disappointed that such a so called named company has such bad service parameters.

    Further as I was supposed to travel Outside...

    I decided to go to Marshalls for wall coverings as they have been in the market for long. I called their showroom and asked for a home visit consultation. After following up for over a month, someone named Samir came and took measurements in 2min without any proper discussion and advise and left. I had taken pvc wall covering catalogue pic at their showroom and showed him my selection and asked for the same to be put.
    Wallpaper he said someone else will come and show designs. After much following someone came and I gave selections and asked for estimates for an additional room.
    No response on the same. The PVC put was not the one selected and the room decor is looking terrible. When I complained Mr Samir put the blame on me and said the PVC put is what I had chosen! Such arrogance and rude behaviuor and refusing to accept his mistake.
    Wallpaper work too has been left incomplete.
    I need a resolution as innumerous calls have been ignored.
    I want the pvc removed and correct one installed at no cost.

      We paid more than 20K for wall paper but after it was done, we can see the joints so visible that it looks very ugly

        It was agreed at the time of placing order that Marshalls borivali west branch (Avtar and Team) to deliver the wallpepar on Saturday 14th Oct and when called they are casual by saying that it was not ready and can't possible them to deliver ..Also this information they where having with them but Marshalls team did not bother to inform customer despite of all where aware about that customer is hvg Navaratri celebration at home and customer was badly in need of this wallpaper dilivery. This is a very much poor customer support service of them.. This creat question on quality of product as well..I do not recommend this ..For Marshalls team customer is not a priority ..I have asked customer representative to give escalation number but she is not bother to provide the same...now I am helpless and mercy of them... Definately not recommend at all...

            Despite attempts …They were not able to deliver a wallpaper that was not damaged . They forced us to accept the one available and further damaged it during installation leaving black marks due to glue. When questioned them they said it will go away in 3 days or we else we should try to clean on our own. After 3 days, obviously the glue marks remained and I called them requesting to clean it as they are experts and I didn’t want to touch it. They sent a person who tried cleaning the glue which ended up discolouring the wallpaper and now left white marks . They are not ready to answer our calls and after keeping us on hold for many days stating they are discussing the matter with director for refund now they are saying there is no mistake and they will not refund.

              A wallpaper was selected from Marshall wallpaper and they came with the catalogue and i selected the best quality one whcih is around 3500 per pcs. The chosen wall paper was applied, but, began to peel off in many places and corners. Upon informing the company they re-applied the paper in places where there was peeling. Strangely, there was re-peeling of the paper nd this time the company claimed they will affix the paper with stronger glue having greater strength. Wallpaper was largely stable but, began mildly peeling in some parts. Treating this as normal the issue was ignored. In the last few weeks another problem - within less than a year of application - has cropped up. its almost a ayear and person has already came twice to fix the wall paper.. i want it to be removed and fix it again

                Fixing of wallpaper in a pathetic condition
                Lines can be seen highly seen between wallpapers very badly joint.. very untidy work.. waste of money.. after numerous complaints, just once a person visited and after that no response from there team..
                Never ever buying from them.. pasting also coming out... it happened within 2 months of installation..

                    They constantly gaslight you, this place is a SCAM. They sell Indian wallpapers claiming they are “Belgium” only their own in-house Indian papers have Generic names and series like Admiral & Inspire séries 1-6. Secondly I have wallpapers from NGC (made in USA) and none of them developed pink stains, these people won’t deliver any wallpaper to you and waste time so that 2 months would lapse and then according to their “policy” they’ll sell the same wallpaper to other customers, even when you pay the full amount in advance, never saw such gluttonous people anywhere. Only two things can cause pink stains - either a chemical reaction or alkaline deposits, we had used an oil based primer the latter was out of question but they pretend like they have no knowledge in this field, they keep blaming leakage, we have RCC walls and walls don’t bleed pink, they are just cheap flippant people who are sitting there to mint money… they deliberately used a liquid glue which wasn’t compatible with their “in house” low grade wallpaper and it left HUGE indelible pink stains behind… all over my newly renovated room, the furniture is newly assembled Im in a mess, I’m depressed! The other NGC wallpaper didn’t develop any stains cuz the quality is way better, they told us if anything would go wrong with our’s we will remove it and put a new one and give you. They are far more sophisticated and diligent… on the other hand, this diabolical Marshall’s staff is constantly HARASSING US, they didn’t do proper POP or wall levelling and left a huge depression behind, they are NOT READY TO RECTIFY THE PINK STAINS they are saying the wallpaper is out of stock and they are COERCING us to buy one from their EXPENSIVE CATALOGUES by saying their PRICES HAVE HIKED and all the lower priced ones are out of stock, I had a theme first of all www.lilacnights.com/post/boudoir-en-suite I’m an interior designer… I regret buying from here. When we settled on 5 rolls instead of 8 (they owed us eight rolls) they started FORCING US TO PAY MORE FOR WALL LEVELLING AND PREPARATION and they are just not ready to fix it or make up for it… nor refund the amount. We had first asked for a refund so they said “You’ll have to pick a “replacement” when we did that they said they are all expensive NOW so you’ll get only 5 or else pay all the difference amount, when we settled on 5 and (we thought we’ll either put the leftover snippets there although the reaction is spreading… or mix & match by getting some other pattern from somewhere else which would compliment these 5 rolls) they stared FORCING us to pay for wall levelling and preparation, they are not ready to give those 5 rolls cuz their SCAM/PLAN failed epically, they are such harassers, they deliberately used that glue in order to ruin all the wallpapers so that we’ll buy more wallpapers from them and they immediately hiked the prices, they also thought they’ll get more money for wall preparation… SHAME ON THEM this is EXTORTION and it’s a crime which they are committing in broad daylight. Read what other people have written on Google for Marshalls Lower Parel, I had taken from Andheri West. I will be involving police in this matter I already have a chronic illness (fibromyalgia and neurological disorders) I’m harassed beyond limits by Forum, Dinesh and Pratap - Marshall’s Andheri Branch.

                      The worst service, please do not visit this place.I had placed an order for window blinds .They took the order after we select the colour of the blind, then when I follow up with them they say, colour is not available select another colour. I then selected another colour . It was delivered after 3 months, when they fixed, it was not working. They take it back. Then no follow up for 4 months, so approached them requesting what happened .Marshalls staff replied the tailor is not responding so we couldn't resend it . So now you take the tailors number and cordinate with him .I refused to do so.somehow she managed to send a person to fix the blinds, , again it didn't work . Then their person requested for three days to repair and get the blinds. He comes after a week, after fixing he noticed still it's not working . Then I refused to give them a chance to repair.Marshall staff on phone started blaming eachother. I was fuming with anger, wasting so much of time just want to return those blinds and want a refund because the service provided by them was pathetic. Very careless staff.

                          Had paid an advance to Marshalls, Andheri West for an installation. The balance amount they said they would refund fully after a year. This was in April 2019 when we had paid Rs.60, 000/-.
                          April 2020- they started giving us excuses like the accounting staff and officewas not working because of Covid. Even after continoous emails and phone calls and promoses to start paying back in installments, they are yet to return our money back, It's not a small sum for the middle class and its already been 2 years!

                            I was informed by Marshalls Wallpaper Andheri Store (+[protected] to pay 100% advance of Rs. 5, 928/- for fixing of wallpaper in my house. Before I made the 100% advance payment, I had asked then to confirm the availability of the same so as to not have issues later on.

                            After been given the assurance that the material is available, I made the payment of Rs. 5, 928/- through IMPS on Friday, Feb 19, 2020. I was then told the fixing will be done on Monday, February 22, 2021 around noon. However on Saturday I got a call from their store saying the material is not available. I then asked them to cancel my order and refund my money back into my account and send me a written confirmation of the same on whats app and email. I have also written to them but they are refusing to make refund commitment or even reply back to my email. In all my telephone conversations with them too I have asked for written commitment to refund my money but they keep going round in circles.

                            I need my money refunded back right away and not have to wait endlessly as the problem is on the part of the company not having the material and falsely taking order and advances from the customer.

                            This attitude and behavior of theirs only increases my doubts about the intentions of Marshalls Wallpapers of returning my money back to me for non-availability of stock at their end as a written commitment for the same is not forthcoming from their side!

                              Last month we had put wallpaper on our wardrobe through Marshall's but within a week it started peeling off. After lodging a complaint and several follow-ups a technician came and fixed it, but again within a week it started peeling off badly at multiple places. I have now lost faith in your product and service completely and therefore want a refund immediately.

                                  Had deposited money in Marshalls Worli curtain store under VAO scheme which is fully refundable according to their own policies if not used. When we asked for refund, we were given only half of the money back. We found that Vile Parle Marshalls wall covering department mishandled the refund and unethically used the above money as refund for "not as expected" product. This violates their own internal policy of transferring funds between departments. Now calls and emails to employees and management going unanswered - cannot believe that a company like Marshalls would stoop so low for such a small amount and are unable to sort out this when all evidence is given that the issue is from Marshalls end.
                                  Very unethical behavior done by Marshalls employees in not refunding our money.
