Firstly, their teams are not well co-ordinated; blamed the other teams for all issues or complaints we had and still do
Secondly, the wallpaper started peeling a few days after it was applied and is still peeling even after they have reworked on it
Thirdly, the photo wallpaper has been printed wrongly with extremely high contrast. Even after repeated complaints and giving evidence of the mistake, they refuse to rectify the same. Again here the blame-game started even after their person came to see the picture and said that it is not looking good. They did not send us an image for confirmation which they claim was a WhatsApp message, which was just the same picture as their picture book.
Fourthly, they are not solution-oriented; very rigid and ‘not my problem’ type of attitude
It feels like our hard earned money has been wasted as we have not got our moneys’ worth. Their lack of customer service is appauling, to say the least for a company that has been claiming to be number 1 in the industry for so many years.
Marshalls Wallpapers customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
