Maruti Driving School — poor management | |||
This complaint is regarding the problem which i (Shipra gupta) is currently facing after the enrollment in ur prestigious institute of driving (Maruti driving school - indraprastha branch) After hearing a lot of this driving school i came here to learn driving along with 2 others (Sonu and mohit gupta). But this is deeply saddening and frustrating that such a prestigious institute is at its most degrading state in terms of management. Your manager payal is such a disgrace to talk to, she has no code of conduct, no sense of talking to a customer - she simple disconnects the phone in middle of conversation and then switch it off. She makes foul statements. Acs are not working, stimulator machine is not working. If equipments were not working why did you gave admission? We are not informed regarding the cancellations of our classes. Such a disgrace! I am a interior designer but it seems to be a joke to her as she think its easy to come all the way from chandni chowk and after coming we come to know that our name is not mentioned anywhere in the schedule. Such a reputed company like maruti should at least hire some educated and well mannered manager for their driving school or at least should teach her how to behave with their customers who are not fools to invest their money and time in ur driving school.
