Till date it dont get resolve

When i tried to call customer care they are asking that it will take time there is no time limit to resolve the complaint and they cannt commit any thing

Expecting to resolve the complian and refund of my paymnet as early as possible

I have my last class tomorrow & test on monday. They are stating tom as holiday in the last minute. I havent attended my test class. They have scheduled rto test on monday. They arent responding now....

I enrolled in driving classes with your school in late November, and the initial agreement was for 26 classes. However, upon checking the schedule provided by the manager, Mr. Anoop PS, I noticed that only 24 classes were scheduled.

Simulator class time duration allocated is very less. While paying fees staff said simulator class duration is half an hour my timing is 12 to 1230 but I was been made to do the class 10 min late ie at 1210 because of the previous customer but I was been made to get up from the class exactly at 1230. When I question that my simulator schedule is over ie 6 class, but still I couldn't complete my syllabus, for this the staff's reply was in...

I joined this Driving school in March 1st week. Instructor is very careless, i have opted for 15days practical class with pick up and drop to my apartment but they delivered 13 class with poor instructions. Driving instructor is very rude and keep telling you that he will fail in DL test. He don't answer call and don't come on time and no professional behaviour. Worst experience ever.

Paid Advance 1000rs since we received couple of calls regarding Women's day offer. We paid on 20th March 2023 but till April 7 2023 we didn't receive any call regarding any further steps and process so we lost our interest in this driving school so we cancelled our enrollment but I never seen such worst and lazy people. They said 500 cancellation charge and will refund 500 i said that's okay. But even that 500 also they didn't refunded till...

They were very lazy and not at all helping and doing anything.

Hi team, I paid 7500 plus for amt 10 classes but they are not calling or informing promptly they is issue with amt car availability Feb only one class attended they are not flexible also I got operated in my finger in March still they didn’t call or inform for any classes .in April I called them again they are saying gone for service and not informing in advance on availability so I need refund of my funds immediately...

I have enrolled maruti suzuki driving school at kolhapur on[protected] and paid Rs.1000 as advance amount. I have canceled my enrollment due to higher fees they charge and less services they provide and also the misbehavior of the executives at the driving school. I have requested them to refund my amount but they said it will not be refundable.

The school is delaying on providing the service even after a full payment is already made. Even after chasing again and again they are still delaying it.

The quality of the training is poor and they have not completed the half of the no of hours they claim or promise as mentioned in the website, brochures or at the time of admission

First of all driving school staff doesn't show any respect towards customers which is disgusting .
Knowing the fact tht customers were foundation of growing any organisations .but the way your staff is behaving with the customers will loose reputation .

I had registered for Car driving classes with advance payment of 3000. However the classes are not conducted on time. They ask me to come and make me to wait. I tried to change the timings also, even after informing them that I will be coming, still they made me to wait. I do not want to continue with them any more. Unprofessional people. Kindly help me in getting back the refund of the amount paid.

I am mayank jain from meerut, i am learning Driving from Tanya Maruti Suzuki driving school my simulations classes has finished before 5 days but they didn't allow me for practical classes and the reason they are giving that they don't have time for my practical classes

I am learning driving from the swani motors and I have joined the 21 days course but what a school that its been more than 2 months i am still doing this . After the simulator class they give us a break of 15 days in those 15 days we forgot what we learned and after that when joined on road classes after so many requests they kept on taking leaves like mam aaj gaadi service pe gyi hai . I joined it in my holidays but now i have to bunk my classes to join . Still they don't understand my problem .
i think that this was worst decision to join this school . Management is really poor . There are only two teachers and they will call 3 students at the same time . One day one teacher your class and the other day the another teacher will take your class . So poor management . They will give my class timings to new students and said that vo owner ka khas tha islie usko bej dia . I still have my day left . Now they are not picking my call for the class . Me and my sister both are doing this course on the same time but we both are really frustated as we are literally regrettinh after joining this . Nver ever going to recommend this to others .

The person teaching in Vishrantwadi Pune driving school is having a worst Attitude. He gets irritated on every mistakes like if I am already aware of four wheeler driving and don't even bother to tell the correct approach. If classes not there they don't even inform prior and when we reach they say no classes. I have to continue since I have paid the full amount. Please change person on priority or else refund the amount.

I had a serious issue with maruti driving classes as since month they had not completed my classes even though I told them to re schedule my timing as due to some personal issues but since 1 week they hadn't re scheduled my timing and even if I try to contact them again they just they told me wait for a week and so...

They do never do what they say. I had called several times and booked a slot as per their availability but still they had also booked another person and asked me to wait for the next slot. But for the other slot again someone else was already booked. No proper communication. This happened twice. No one response properly and the branch grievance manager is rude.
