Hi, am surprised to see the level of service post issuance of the policy. Not expected even from one of the best selling brand in the market. I am driving baleno for last 3 years. My insurance was about to expire, i was getting numerous calls for renewal. Even i told your caller named Mauli to call me back on 26th Sep'22 for renewal at 11:AM. Exactly on 26th i got a call around 12 Noon, then your executive came and renewed my policy. Now, its painful for me to see such a response from Mauli, as per message premium amount is of rs 13197, but your executive taken 13407 from me. May i know the reason why they had taken extra amount from me. Its not a matter of Rs 200/-, but it clearly a fraudulent activity happened with your customer. Why extra money was charged from me.
I had highlighted this to Mauli on same day, and she confirmed that extra amount will be returned to me in cash tomorrow. 3 times on asking she confirmed came back with similar reply. But till date i havnt rcvd my money back. I sent her messages thrice and still my issue is un resolved. "Policy krni thi to call pe call and time per ladka b beja, jab ho gayi to uske baad..."
I am having whatsapp chat with me as well, if you want i can share with you in which she confirmed thrice that you will get your policy and money back tomorrow morning and then no call, no policy, no money is been sent till time.
