I had made a payment of Rs.8100/-by cheque towards the renewal of insurance policy of my car no-WB/12D/1871 in favour of Bhandari Automobiles Salap, Howrah, West Bengal and my cheque cleared and credited dated 23/01/2017. My existing policy expired On[protected]. On 27th January I got a direct call from Maruti Insurance and I explain the status and after that Maruti Insurance call directly to my dealer Bhandari Automobiles.
With in 15 minutes I received a call from Bhandari the concern person was asking for photograph of the car. Bhandari is totally unprofessional not only in insurance also on other services. Still not received the policy copy now the concern person is saying that it is still on hold due to approval.

    I had booked a Maruthi K 10 VXI car from Popular Vehicles and services, Karamana, Trivandrum 695002 on 19.12.2016.(Invoice number VSL[protected] The vehicle has been delivered to me on 06.01.2017. But the Insurance is seen issued from 20.12.2016 . I had complaint this irregularities to the Dealer and Maruti insurance executives .No efforts had taken to solve my grievance.     I bought a Alto K 10 Vxi Car from Popular Maruthi showroom at Killippalam Trivandrum, Kerala. The full amount settled on[protected] and they delivered car me on the same date[protected]. I examined the Insurance police they take insurance on[protected], one exicute called me on[protected] to verification I clearly told him that they dont delivered car The executive told me that he cotact the dealer after that no respanse So please contact the dealer and examined the genuiniti and Change the date to[protected]If youh ave any doubt I send all records I hope a favourable dicision Othervise I forcefull to take leagal action

      This is to inform you I am very much unsatisfied with Maruti Insurance. I met with accident on 08/01/17 my car wagon r cng with registration no DL2CAW2165 which is currently at your authorised service center "Bright Motors". My car front windshield crack due to this accident but the surveyors deny to give replacement. If this is the service you offer to your customer I am afraid I will not suggest to take Muruti Car.

        My car rj27ce2773 is damage under body by some stone or hard material but surveyor doesnot approve claim for that and behave rudely with me on phone.
        He said you have intenally done but i was not doing anything with this.
        How can i justify that it is totally fraud with me.I dont know why stone doesnot touch other places, may be stone break after accident.
        Accident happen in night so i am not clear about stone or road hard material.

          This is to inform you that on 12/12/2016 I, Mr.Parimal Kanti Mandal, my car registration number being WB-26T 2742, have renewed the insurance policy(expired on 29/12/2016) and accordingly have been verified and confirmed by the concerned authority on 14/12/2016.However as of today 5/1/2017 the policy papers has not arrived which causes me inconvenience as I can't take my car out from 29th December 2016 owing to the fact that I don't bear the policy papers with me .
          Moreover in spite of repeatedly contacting numerous officials and authorized persons of Premier carworld pvt ltd., barasat and also maruti insurance company, there has been no response and feedback on your behalf.The customer care also proved to be inefficient for solving the problem and tries neglecting the situation

            I caught in the accident and clam for the repair in dd motors but their is no approval was taken before going to repair and after discussion with service advisor satish babu, he is not responding and answer the question.
            I am follow up from last three days he only provide next date and time.
            Please consider the issue as it already 15days my car in service center.

              Hello All,

              Such a pathetic service from your verification officer I wish I could have renewed my Insuranve online. I made a transaction of Rs. 22, 000/- on Dec the 12th 2016 to renew my policy. However till date there is no proper verification call. They are calling and disconnecting the phone stating " achha sir" I have the recording and the amazing part is I am getting a miss call. I spoke to one of your representative today named Subhojit on 33774477 and while I was speaking to him he disconnected the phone after listening to my query. They are calling my brother on the no# [protected]. He received a call Dec 26th for a verification and they asked for a nominee DOB as he could not remember he asked to call back in 10 mins. I informed the same and my brother called back on the same no# and provided with a nominee DOB. And in your system it says call was disconnected where in there is no proper follow up. Pathetic verification team you have and a poor management. My policy will lapse at the end of Dec'16 yet I have not received my policy yet. Policy is under Azaz Hussain and my cell is [protected]

              Received renewal copy from Maruti show room Kodad, but the copy completely invisible printed a ink.

              On 24.12.2016 ie to day I have paid my insurance premium on line and changed my previous adress by entering

              MANCHERIAL-504302

              But the adress in the soft copy is showing " Adilabad, 504301
              which is wrong. Hence kindly correct and post so that it will reach correctly.

                I have made policy renewal insurance payment on 22-dec-2016 at kothari wheels viman nagar pune for my car number mh12mr0367.

                Till did not get any confirmation from maruti regarding wheather my policy updated or not?

                I am not understanding what is the issue to renew my car insurance policy after paying the premium.

                Please advise and confirm my car insurance policy is renewed and send its soft and hard copy at my address as early as possible.

                    I had made a payment of Rs.4500/-(The amount as confirmed after discount) by cheque towards the renewal of insurance POLICY NO[protected] of my car no-WB/06/9546 in favour of Bhandari Automobiles kolkata and my cheque cleared and credited dated 24/10/2016. My policy expires on 07/11/2016, but till date I have neither got .the soft copy of the renewed policy, nor get any confirmation call.                         your team is just calling & fooling peoples one of your team had call me last month & told that there is gift if i renew my policy along with some cash discount i said ok but they did not came for collecting the same.
                        now again few days back they call when i ask for discount & gift they said they cant give & said if you are giving then they will come but till date no one came for collecting insurance payment its like black mailing customer by saying if you wanted to do then do or else forget it this is not a correct approach with your customers.
                        now i am requesting you to kindly consider a good discount since i dont have any NCB & send your person for collecting my Car policy payment.

She sys to deposit amount in a/c. For depositing amount i contect her again. But a full day no response. Even on evening she sys kya hogya yadi javab nahi diya.
                            I think at starting this is response, how you behave when we are in any problem.

                                  I did renewal of my car policy on 17th AUG, 2016 ([protected]) through the online facility. My policy term expires tomorrow (12th SEP, 2016). Till date I haven't received any communication from Maruti regarding the document delivery.
                                  Last week I mailed the Maruti support team about the delay, they replied offering to sort out the issue soon. But nothing happened. This is quite unprofessional.
