Fake thing beware
- 24 hours customers support
- 3 day express deleivery
- delay process no control of any company and always not support his customers and emphasize in to collect money from customers.

I renewed my car insurance on 1st April 2024, made full payment but policy is not issued despite several complaint and 17 days gone. My registered mobile is [protected]. Old policy is about to expire, feeling helpless as first coverfox number hardly connect to executive then if I get connected to executive, he promises that back end will call you but that never happens.

They even not replying to mails even after several reminders.

I renewed my bike insurance throught Coverfox last year during October. When I received the document the start date of the policy mentioned as March 2021 and till March2022. How can the date mentioned incorrectly like this
I reported this issue to Coverfox and following up with them for the past two months. But till now no proper response and not received my corrected policy document also.

I have a used car and i paid for a motor card comprehensive plus third party motor insurance policy through Coverfox on Feb 15
There after I never received the comprehensive policy from united insurance as the customer care people kept asking me for previous owner transfer details, even though I told them i wanted a fresh policy. I told them I am okay to pay more, just issue a new policy and i dont want transfer of old policy from previous owner.Since the issue wasnt getting resolved I requested for cancellation and refund.They informed me that, i cannot cancel this policy(which is not issued) unitil i show another insurance is existing for my car.
On feb 21 i took a new policy from orientel insurance and send a mail to cover fox along with my rc. I raised a request for cancellation and refund on feb 21.I just want my money back from cover fox.
My problem- there is no valid policy in my name from united insurance.but still cover fox is not refunding my money.They are asking me for previous owner transfer request. why is my money not getting refunded.
My request-please refund my money.
As per my understanding, i can cancel a policy whenever i wish. and i believe i have requested this during the freelook period.

I was trying to issue policy for my scooty by coverfox on 9th september, 2021.
My payment is deducted from my bank. but they didnot issued the policy. Its been more than 3 months & I am still folowing up wiyh them for my refund.
I tried two times for issuing my policy both times payment deducted and transaction is failed from coverfox's side.
There helpline is also sucks. Its difficult to contact there representative and The staff is delaying every week.
I have payment of Rs.989 x 2 = 1978.

I paid online at coverfox.com for a term insurance for my wife. I had placed a cancel request on very next day due to personal reasons. I haven't got the refund credited back to the account yet. It has been eight months, amazing customer service and experience provided by Coverfox despite so many followup over call and email, still not even a single step progressed towards my refund.

I purchased a Term Life Policy from Coverfox on Oct 07, 2021 via their Product Advisor Mr. Eijaj Shaikh. Today is Nov 16, 2021 and the policy is still not issued. I have followed up a lot many times, they do not take my calls first and when the take it, theh say that they will provide an update by EOD, and their EOD never comes. I have submitted all the documents to them as soon as they asked for it, but still these people - Mr. Eijaj Shaikh, Mr. Rehman Shaikh and Mr. Chandru of Covefox have made my life hell.

Hi, On Mon, Sep 12 2021 I purchased insurance from https://www.coverfox.com/. but due to some error my money got debited but it was shown error on coverfox website. so I did payment again and purchase the policy.

but my 1st transaction amount is not refunded by coverfox. it was almost 1 month I am following them for refund but there reply is always like we are looking in to it.

I renewed my scooter insurance policy on CoverFox yesterday (Transaction ID: CFOX[protected]. I was told the policy will be issued in 15 mins. It's now over 24hrs and still I haven't received the policy copy.

Worst, the customer care is non-existent - calling the helpline, most of the time it automatically disconnects and when it connects you are treated with a rude response (complained on that as well - no response). A customer care executive responded over email yesterday saying there was a 'Technical Issue' and the policy would be issued soon - that's 16hrs back, now no response to any emails.

Have been using Coverfox for servicing most of my insurance needs and also recommended the service to friends - need to seriously rethink seeing the kind of support given in the last 24hrs with this incident. Pathetic!

All I am asking is the policy document for a renewal I have paid yesterday - atleast proper communication on what's going on. Had to postpone a trip due to this issue as well!

You got the customer but you just kept my number in her policy and now i m being harassed.
