I had a car swift dzire (Model 2009) throughout insured by maruti.in august 2018 i sold this car and requested in writing to lovely autos jalandhar to give my ncb as i wanted to buy the new car. They told me to buy the new car and my ncb wil be adjusted in the policy of new car. On 13 sept 2018 i purchased new car (Ciaz) from lovely auto jalandhar. When i went to take delivery of car they told me that my ncb is awaited so it can not be adjusted in policy of new car and i was told to pay the whole amount of insurance of new car and i was assured that the ncb will be refunded to me with in 2-3 days. Since then i have been harassed by officials of lovely autos in one pretext or the other as i am continuously visiting them for this money and no refund is given to me till date
